I’ve stayed at this hotel for weeks at a time my money good! So it’s offensive when the staff locates me to a room that is infested with roaches and critters like spiders and flys! And hasn’t even been cleaned by housekeeping. It was so Poor. I received linen that had hair and dust on it. The cops showed up on the property like 2+ times during my stay honestly super trash location too. My neighbor was vomiting in the bathroom in his room and I could hear it I’m heated ! Customer service is only 9-11 so when u need help overnight no one is there or even to answer the phone!! The WiFi kept bugging out and disconnecting so I had to call the support number as requested by the front lady at the desk. I had to call them on three separate occasions in one hour; To the point where I just took a loss on the Wi-Fi. The tv remote batteries did not work in my room. Took another loss. The dresser where the tv sits was absolutely disgusting filled with dust and other random objects. Took another Loss. I couldn’t even unpack! Housekeeping should be fired! They wanted to keep this a secret I bet. The Building should burn down. The windows wouldn’t open as it shows they could. I walked in the room when I first checked in and it smelt like aged curry and I was suprised by a roach!!! Y’all I’m pissed. Also the first 4 nights of my stay the fire alarm was going off with no warning or solution. Do not book your stay here unless they promise you a room with none of these issues in writing. I’ve spent over 2k here. The vending machine clocks out at like 1am. There is no breakfast. The Burger King next door doesn’t have an open lobby. Laundry is 10$+ and it’s no guarantee that the laundry machine runs because there’s already a sign that shows one machine going down. There is a garbage can that sits in the hallway all freakin night! Terrible just terrible! I literally sleep with the light on cause I was so disturbed that a roach or something would crawl in my bed. If I could get all my money back for the 11 nights I booked this room it would be nice! Respectfully! The place is so rundown that my AC unit began spewing water randomly soaked my entire floor by the bed. & the Furniture is super outdated. Bring your own linen or just make sure that you wash theirs yourself before laying on it with bleach! The only good thing about my stay here was my money and freedom. I want a whole refund !

Arrived to Tallahassee on Business looking for temporary housing while in transition. This hotel perfectly suited my needs. Rooms were clean, directly across from Walmart, close to my place of business. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is a very moderate hotel in an unassuming location. I was staying overnight while traveling on my way down to Southern Florida. I was called by a gentleman around 9 45pm who wanted to verify that I would be arriving as the office would soon be closing and he wanted to inform me about the after hours arrival procedures. I told him my GPS said I was about 25 minutes away and he said that he would wait for me. I arrived at about 10:15. I am elderly traveling with a service animal. I believe his name was Richard, he assisted me with a first floor room that was clean and simple, and found me a couple of clean bowls to help feed my dogs so I wouldn't have to empty out my car in order to retrieve the one's I had packed. I can always appreciate the extra steps people go to help.
