Tried to check in, all the employees were standing outside smoking. I had a reservation through hotels.com and they said “we are fully booked” and wouldn’t even try checking me in. They close the front desk at 8pm. What kind of hotel does that? DO NOT STOP HERE.

Stayed with this "hotel" for a brief period then Covid-19 hit, BRYAN [-] promised me a refund on the 6 days I was unable to stay due to forced relocation because of Coronavirus. That was March it's now August, still NO REFUND, he does not return calls. THIS IS THE MOST PORLTY MANAGED HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT - it's filthy, the beds are glorified cots, and the staff is severely apathetic.
We apologize that you did received such a negative impression after staying at our hotel. General Manager Bryan Davis is very professional and sweet. Employees are great and very professional. Ms. Meeka in housekeeping, Ms. Sheila and Ms. Ralisha at the front desk are very helpful. I've been staying there for quite sometime and have always been greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. Very family oriented place. Great place!

One of the nights I was there I happen to get locked out of my room without even my cellphone for help. I had to sleep in my truck until someone arrived for work at the front desk in the morning, (more than an hour late according to their hours) understandably this was my fault so I couldn't really be mad at anyone but myself. I had told him the next day while getting a new key and he literally didn't care. No words of wisdom or sympathy. The following day I went to get towels, no one was there even after waiting for 15 minutes so I left a kind note asking for someone to please send up clean towels when they were able to. I got a call walking into my room and it was the front desk person yelling at me to come get my towels because "they weren't changing linens right now" saying what I did was disrespectful. His name is Bryan and I have never had a worse experience.

I got a promotion that took me to Tallahassee. I booked the extended stay hotel. The room was cleaned 4 days after arrival then not at all. With a kitchenette and daily use of the tub/shower the room has become filthy. If I had known this location does not service rooms even after a new reservation I would have stayed elsewhere. I've had to book an additional stay and requested twice to have the room cleaned and nothing. I am nearing the point where I will have to buy cleaning supplies (I've already had to provide my own toilet paper) THIS PLACE IS GROSS
We are so sorry that you are not having the exceptional stay that we intended for you to have due to our housekeeping schedule. We do perform a thorough cleaning between each guest and every 14 days for our extended stay guests. You do have the option to purchase additional cleanings if that is something that you desire. We do specialize in extended stays and many of our guests prefer and appreciate the ability to provide their own amenities and pay for only the things that they want. We are so sorry this is not what you expected and we hope the remainder of your stay was a pleasant one.
