Absolutely awful. Do not recommend. Hidden fees so you pay 230 fees (for 2 weeks) AND 100 euro deposit. That includes use of a tiny pool and smaller gym. The food is extortionate as are the drinks. Rooms are tiny and quite dirty. They are "cleaned" daily. So fresh sheets and towels... however floor is never swept and so it's gritty all the time. Beds are extremely budget and have no support. I realise its a budget hotel however cleanliness is a basic necessity in my opinion.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, as it allows us to address areas in need of improvement.

Firstly, I apologize for any confusion regarding the fees. We strive to be transparent about our resort fees. This is shown upon booking, on your confirmation, on our FAQ's on our website and again upon your arrival. Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 for guests staying between 1-4 nights and $100 for guests staying 5 nights or more per room for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest's check-out. Bank Debit/Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $50 for guests staying between 1-4 nights and $100 for guests staying 5 nights or more, that is held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be held by your financial institution for seven business days or longer after your departure.

In regards to the cleanliness of the rooms, I apologize for the disappointment caused. Our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure that our rooms are clean and comfortable for our guests. We are disappointed that you were not pleased with our refresh services. For conservation reasons, our refresh service consists of trash removal, making of beds, refresh of bathroom towels and replacement of toiletries. Should your stay be longer than four nights, you will receive a full-housekeeping service every fifth day of your stay. It includes trash removal, bathroom cleaned, replenish of bathroom towels and amenities, change of bed linens and making of the beds, dusting and cleaning of the floors. If your stay is beyond five days, the cycle above will be repeated. This is communicated on all of our booking sites, on our FAQ page and on our welcome letter upon your arrival.

Additionally, I'm sorry to hear that you found our amenities and facilities to be lacking. We aim to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, and I apologize if the size of our pool and gym did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings.

Stayed here previously and loved it, was a bit worried as I'd seen some bad reviews. Well, it was outstanding! We stayed in block 2 which is the more modern one and had a pool view which we'd requested and can highly recommend. Rooms cleaned daily, food prices in the on-site cafe bar very reasonable, great drinks selection at the bar, games room good value for our kids. Lovely family atmosphere, inflatables allowed in the pool too! Across the road from Icon park (if you go out the side door at block 4),and lots of eateries nearby. 10/10, amazing

Room tip: Starbucks in the hotel was a God send!!

We stayed here from May 21st - June 2nd and we were not disappointed whatsoever. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were huge and lovely. We got our room cleaned everyday. Everything was working perfectly. The pool was lovely and the atmosphere was fabulous. This hotel is in the centre of International Drive so we had no problem getting around. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is the reason for the 3 stars.The hotel is very basic but that’s all we needed as we were at the parks everyday.
Located in the middle of international drive with lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance and things to do, such as mini golf. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to universal which came in really handy and was convenient. The beds are really comfy and cosy.
However, the breakfast was very disappointing. Paid an extra £240 for 10 days of American breakfast thinking it would be all you can eat, however this wasn’t the case. You get a voucher and receive one small meal per person and the smallest carton of orange I have seen. The voucher doesn’t change either and there are only 4/5 options for breakfast - egg and cheese sandwich, egg and cheese wrap, oatmeal with raisins, plain pancakes and some sort of bagel, which as you can imagine soon get boring and the options aren’t the best either. I think this should be highlighted when booking the breakfast. Definitely not worth the money for breakfast. Go to Denny’s across the road for $10+ for a breakfast, which is lovely and you get plenty for your money.
When we arrived our room was clean apart from the bathroom, which had pubic hair on the walls and in the bath and the toilet wasn’t clean. Phoned reception and they stated they would send housekeeping up, however this issue never got resolved after 10 days of been there so we had to clean it ourselves. Despite the bins being emptied everyday and our bed being made everyday, our bedding didn’t get changed until our seventh day and the floors weren’t the cleanest. We were located on the fourth floor and you could hear the cars from the highway, however this wasn’t a huge issue for us as we aren’t fussy sleepers. The rooms were basic but I think could do with modernising, especially the bathrooms. There is air con in the rooms which is great and staff are really helpful and kind.
Overall, we had a great time and felt safe in the hotel. I would stay again if I was looking for a basic hotel as it is cheap and located in a good location on international drive with free shuttles to the parks. However, I wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast as it definitely isn’t worth it!

Room tip: Don’t pay extra for the breakfast at the hotel- not worth it. Also, book the shuttle early as it gets booked up- the day before

This hotel is in a good location. The gym and pool facilities were good. We stayed block one facing away from the pool and had no issues with noise.

The housekeeping staff were helpful. Shout out to the cleaner who helped when our daughter was sick.

A little bit of holiday Spanish is helpful.

I would stay again. It’s a lot better than I expected from reading other reviews.

It would be better if there were more pool towels. And more umbrellas there’s only ones next to the chairs and not the loungers.

Room tip: The laundry facilities are great.

They promisse breakfast but it is not true, they gave us a vouvcher for 2 small juices and a snack , with 20 minutes in the line in the cafeteria . the floor was stick and dirty, front desk people werent nice. Only book if you get a very very cheap price.

Regarding the issue with breakfast, I apologize for any misunderstanding. Our packages that include breakfast for two guests per day of your stay do include a specific breakfast selection. It is disappointing to read that our selection was not to your personal preference.

I'm truly sorry to learn that you found the floor to be sticky and dirty. This is certainly not the cleanliness standard we strive to maintain. Our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure the cleanliness of our rooms and public areas, but it seems that we fell short in this aspect during your stay. We are currently testing new cleaning tools to help assist in keeping our floors in a pristine condition.

I am disappointed to hear that you found our front desk staff to be less than welcoming. Providing exceptional customer service is of utmost importance to us, and I apologize if we did not meet your expectations during your interaction with our team members.
