If you don't mind having a contact buzz then this is the place for you. People took the chairs from inside the rooms and put them outside in front of the doors to sit and hang out, smoking pot, cigarettes, and cigars which then filtered into our room. An let's not forget that all the butts of the cigarettes made their way to the sidewalk in front of the rooms.

This is my husbands favorite place so we booked for a short vacation July 4th weekend and I was shocked and couldn't figure out why this is his favorite place. The pool area is the only thing positive I have to say about this place and is the only reason it's a two otherwise it would have been a one.

Check-in was horrible, long lines, only two people running the front desk. The staff is using COVID as an excuse for everything including housekeeping not delivering clean towels to the room. Because housekeeping is only working on rooms when people check-out there is a constant stack of garbage outside the rooms, property garbage cans are overflowing at all times, dirty towels sitting outside the rooms, it's disgusting. I had to go to the front desk every day to collect fresh towels and that was providing they had them. According to staff, there is a "linen shortage in Orlando due to COVID" SERIOUSLY!

I saw a man in a suit walking around so I stopped and asked if he was the manager and I expressed my disgust with the garbage and dirty towels everywhere, along with the chairs, pot smoking and yelling until 3:00 a.m. He said "housekeeping should be surface cleaning the rooms and changing out all linens that he would have a meeting with them". Then to my surprise, he suggested we try "The Grove Resort of Orlando where he was staying".

Our room was filthy, I've attached some pictures. Our feet were so black from walking barefoot in the room we had to wash our feet before bed. I went to Walmart and bought a Swiffer to wash the floors and spray bleach to clean the bathroom.

Then, our flight was delayed so I asked for a 1:00 p.m. check-out and they wanted to charge me $35.00. REALLY, I cleaned my own room, collected my own towels and you want to charge me to stay an extra tow hours!!!!

All I can say is do NOT stay here even if it's the last hotel in Orlando! Go to the next city and find something else.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The PICTURES ARE FAKE. Our room was filthy and had dirt and hair on sheets. Room was not cleaned after their last guest. Trash cans not cleared and bathroom sink had hair everywhere. The manager tried to move us to another room and that it was worse than the last. There were several people at the front desk complaining about the state of their rooms.
It was midnight and we had to move to another hotel and paid double. So disgusted with this "resort"!
