Excellent atmosphere. Leila , Stefany and Mariah were great. We work a lot in Orlando and will always stay at Homewood Suites. Front desk attendants are amazing, facility is very clean. We had Hilton Diamond desk move us back to this hotel. I would recommend Homewood Orlando to anyone.

This hotel is under renovation. Leila at the front desk was very helpful and informative when I called before I arrived about what would be going on during our time here. She was extremely helpful and gracious and helped me hold our bags even though there was not a lot of space. Honestly if it were not for her we would have checked out early. I was not impressed with the front desk supervisor, though. SUPER RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! You should be embarrassed to have her interacting with your guests.

Great hotel for anyone who visits Orlando. My family and I stayed at this property while visiting Volcano Bay (Universal Studios) and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is going through a remodel as of April 2024 but still made for wonderful accommodations. The staff was friendly and made for a great stay. Fantastic restaurants are close by. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Top notch customer service from Valeria. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.
We had no issues taking the free shuttle to Universal, and breakfast was what you expect from a Homewood.
The hotel is under renovation so they only have one elevator, but we never heard the construction & the rooms are all renovated nicely.

Staff was very friendly at check in. We were placed in a newly remodeled room on the top floor. The room was very clean and had modern decor throughout. The kitchen had everything. There was a coffee maker, full refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and electric stove. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. The breakfast buffet was very good. They had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, breads, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal and juices. The dining room was huge. My only complaint is there is only one elevator and it was slow. We used the stairs the majority of the time. We would definitely stay here again.
