Top notch customer service from Valeria. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.
We had no issues taking the free shuttle to Universal, and breakfast was what you expect from a Homewood.
The hotel is under renovation so they only have one elevator, but we never heard the construction & the rooms are all renovated nicely.

Staff was very friendly at check in. We were placed in a newly remodeled room on the top floor. The room was very clean and had modern decor throughout. The kitchen had everything. There was a coffee maker, full refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and electric stove. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. The breakfast buffet was very good. They had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, breads, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal and juices. The dining room was huge. My only complaint is there is only one elevator and it was slow. We used the stairs the majority of the time. We would definitely stay here again.

Another (third within the past 2 years) great stay at Homewood Suites. Some renovations are under way but did not bother us at all. We had a nice renovated room, breakfast was excellent, service was excellent. Likely our hotel also in the future.

Excellent Hotel & very good service. Reception staff is polite and provides good information about area. We visited from India and there took our parcels befit landing in hotel and on first day we could get some food & sim etc. in Hotel itself makes easy trip. The room are very specious and kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing Indian food for you and family. It’s priced round the clock receptionist with whom we can discuss and chat if jet lag causes sleep disturbances. 24x7 coffee available with three varieties. Dairy creamer available for Indian or guest wish to take coffee with milk. The breakfast has good variety even Indian vegan gets fruits breads donats, waffles etc . So peaceful stay with swimming pool for kids and camp fire arrangement. Amazing stay!!

This hotel is a very nice hotel located just a quick 10 Minute drive from Universal Theme Parks Drop off Point. The hotel offers free parking with complimentary shuttles for guests to the park, 4 times outbound in AM and 3 times return in evening. The hotel features a very nice lobby and dining area including free breakfast and a lovely Wednesday evening reception. The hotel is currently renovating and I had the pleasure of being on the 5th renovated floor and the room was very nice with comfortable bed and amazing great working air conditioning. I wanted a few more pillows and the front desk staff had them to my door in minutes. Every single person working at this hotel that I interacted with was over the top gracious and kind. I travel the world every month and this hotel has the nicest staff I have ever encountered anywhere and the management team should be so proud of whom they have handling their guests. I highly recommend this hotel. By the way throughout my stay renovations were ongoing, including into the evening AND the contractors were extremely respectful not to be noisy or in the way, and I felt it was important to note this when booking and getting reminder they are under renovations, they are extremely mindful of their noise levels. (Don’t let this deter you from booking)
