The hotel was nice, clean, customer service was great and the rooms were very very spacious!!!!!!
Daniel with Valet was very accommodating and again customer service was great and he was very patient waiting for me while O was in Starbucks getting a drink

This was the best Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and courteous. The bar made good drinks. The food from the restaurant was very good. The room was clean, had all amenities and towels were soft, not scratchy. It was also a convenient location. I have to return to Orlando soon and will definitely stay here again.

The valet parking was quick efficient and Mark checked me in and out. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. Kudos, Mark! I really love the rooftop pool area. It was very pleasant and quiet and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the view from the front was great.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly l, especially Dream. She is truly the most helpful concierge/front desk receptionist I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She was helpful in finding things to do around the hotel and was very accommodating in terms of check in/out along with recommendations for anything we needed. My girls and I moved from a gross air bnb to the Hilton in the middle of the night post a 2 hour drive so we were very grateful to be greeted by Dream!
