The front desk staff is the only reason I'm writing this review. The girl at the front desk, Dream, was an absolute dream! She is SO kind, accommodating, and funny. My friends and I were having such a rough trip until we got to the Hilton and we met her. Thank you Dream!

I stayed for 2 nights and was always on the go. Ricky was very attentive and quick! He made sure my wife and I had a great time. I loved staying at this hotel; it was so convenient as it was right next to Lake Eola Park. Me and my husband really enjoyed the atmosphere around us as we were here for a concert. Valet service was good, and Smith was outstanding; she opened and closed the door for both me and my husband.
