Great hotel. Great room. Super fast check in and out. Great bed as well. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Would definitely stay again if given the chance. Stay 1 night to catch a cruise. Great location. Great coffee in the lobby as well. All good. Nothing negative to report

Not all TV channels worked
Cleaning crew ate our donuts while we were away. This completely grossed me and my daughters out. We never allowed the cleaning crew back in out rooms until after we checked out. No follow-up with management.
Everything was perfect! Breakfast was great and both lobby and breakfast personal were very helpful and kind..! They speak english and spanish, they accept packages with great handling and the location of the hotel is very convenient at 15-20 min drive from the parks .. its out second time here and we will return !
Hotel Review: Disappointing Experience During Hurricane
I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had to leave early due to the hurricane that hit the area last week. I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to request a refund for my unused nights. However, my calls went unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes without any resolution.
The lack of communication and support during such a critical time was incredibly frustrating. I understand that weather events can create challenges, but the hotel’s response was unacceptable. I was hopeful for a fair resolution, especially considering the circumstances, but I was ultimately denied a refund.
I would caution anyone considering a stay here, particularly during unpredictable weather. Customer service should be a priority, and my experience left much to be desired. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. The assistant Manager was very rude and did not help me and hang out the phone before I finish talking.
Tryp hotel was very accommodating and everything great. I love the fact that there is no charge for having a service animal that was very important to me. They we actually a life saver because Hurricane Milton ended up destroying my house by a tree falling on it so we are very thankful that there was a room available for us to evacuate to.
