Hotel Review: Disappointing Experience During Hurricane
I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I had to leave early due to the hurricane that hit the area last week. I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to request a refund for my unused nights. However, my calls went unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes without any resolution.
The lack of communication and support during such a critical time was incredibly frustrating. I understand that weather events can create challenges, but the hotel’s response was unacceptable. I was hopeful for a fair resolution, especially considering the circumstances, but I was ultimately denied a refund.
I would caution anyone considering a stay here, particularly during unpredictable weather. Customer service should be a priority, and my experience left much to be desired. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. The assistant Manager was very rude and did not help me and hang out the phone before I finish talking.
