Spent 11 nights at this hotel for my dad 75th bday celebration which he had an enjoyable one. Breakfast was minimal same thing everyday so we chose to eat out on most days and made use of the I trolley service. The bar was closed during the day even the pool bar was not functional maybe TRYP could look into this by making it a self service bar for guests during there stay. House keeping was everyday and there was also a self service laundry area which I made use of. Must have use of a vehicle to get around or use I trolley or Uber / LYFT. Hotel located on International Drive South very close to Sea World. Thanks to the wonderful staff Carlos, Marucio and Vivian

Room was great. Beds were comfy. Room and bathroom very clean. Lobby area was very nice. The family room accommodates 6. 2Double beds and a bunk. Awesome

I’m so happy with my 20 day stay at your hotel. Hotel is very clean. Location is amazing. Staff are are very nice and very friendly. I have to say Mauricio is very helpful always smiling and made my stay amazing. Big thank you. No complaints at all.

I was given a room with a broken AC unit when I looked up the ceiling had black mold and the window shade had specks of mold. The hallway in floor 2 and 3 all very humid if you have Astana or Lung issues you will be affected greatly. Do not Recommend at all
