I was given a room with a broken AC unit when I looked up the ceiling had black mold and the window shade had specks of mold. The hallway in floor 2 and 3 all very humid if you have Astana or Lung issues you will be affected greatly. Do not Recommend

Great place, newly built, clean. Large family room easily slept 5.
Free coffee in lobby, ice machine and water fountain appreciated. Friendly staff especially reception.
Pool area small, clean and lovely for a couple of hours.
Seems to get busy at weekends.
Location is quiet you need a car.
We couldn’t use our cell phones and there were no available wash cloths the next day. Had to buy some
It will be better if you have a evening brunch it will be even better if you can stay at the pool a little longer because the pool closes too early and also I think you can have a complementary breakfast for your guest stay and also you can week on greeting your guests when they come and check in and also helping with bikes and luggage but also it is always room for improvement customer service thank you
