The room was nice, clean and simple but was also perfect for our family if 6. The price was great. The bunk beds were awesome especially if you have 1 boy and 3 girls-no awkward sharing with sisters! The bunk beds also had their own little cubby shelf like area where the teenagers could plug in their phones.

It's exactly as pictured. It's a newer hotel. Nice, clean amenities. The rooms were great, spacious, and clean. The rooms do have a small (very small) refrigerator and microwave which was nice. The pool area was nice and clean with towels. The parking is free. It was quiet no loud noise. I would stay again

Hotel recomended 100%. Extremely clean and confortable rooms. Very Friendly Staff. Check In/out was fast and easy. Decoration also fresh and Noveau makes you stay very pleasant. Plenty Parking space available

We made reservations and requested a ground floor. Due to a knee surgery. She stated they had 1 room left and it’s first come first serve. Diane was rude and uncaring. Great manager. My wife even offered to pay right over the phone. She wouldn’t.
I called and she was rude and uncaring even for me. Calling me condescending when I was just calling her out and having terrible customer service.
So we cancelled through booking.com. She denied the no fee policy through booking and denied us the ability to even reschedule for another date.
Wyndham will never get our business again. We travel a lot and come to Orlando all the time.
Her actions demonstrate she is not a nice person and not the service we get from Wyndham normally. I am sure will say anything to defend herself but how you handling booking.com is your true self.

Hopefully the front desk attendant isn’t Tiffany . Most rude and unprofessional service I’ve ever received at a Wyndham hotel especially being a loyal Wyndham Rewards Diamond member. They are not loyal to the reward system at all and just want to charge extra for the benefits that you are entitled to by the reward system benefits . If something is able to be sold it is available to be honored .
