We made reservations and requested a ground floor. Due to a knee surgery. She stated they had 1 room left and it’s first come first serve. Diane was rude and uncaring. Great manager. My wife even offered to pay right over the phone. She wouldn’t.
I called and she was rude and uncaring even for me. Calling me condescending when I was just calling her out and having terrible customer service.
So we cancelled through booking.com. She denied the no fee policy through booking and denied us the ability to even reschedule for another date.
Wyndham will never get our business again. We travel a lot and come to Orlando all the time.
Her actions demonstrate she is not a nice person and not the service we get from Wyndham normally. I am sure will say anything to defend herself but how you handling booking.com is your true self.
