Clean, spacious and modern look to the building and rooms. The pool area is nice especially with the option to use the next door pool and hot tub. The only thing to be careful of is the wood bed frame in the rooms. We bumped into them several times.

I booked a room today 03/10 at 11:22am and at 11:23am I sent Expedia a message that I had booked the room with the wrong dates and the rate was non-refundable. They were nice and contacted the hotel to do an exception and the Expedia agent told me the hotel REFUSED TO DO DO, exact words from the agent. I called the hotel myself and right away the person that answered had a horrible attitude just answering my question to how are you? . Then I explained everything and he says MAM YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO EXPEDIA AND BOOK ANOTHER ROOM WITH THE CORRECT DATES THAT'S ALL. I asked him but I will lose my money, he says: WELL I CANT TO ANYTHING ELSE OKAY! I understand the room was non-refundable but this happened within minutes and all I wanted was my dates changed. I have worked in hospitality before and I know they have the power to help customers with this issue, even the Expedia agent knew about it. If I had called days after this accident or tried to take advantage of the hotel I would have understood this treatment but when this is happening within minutes I don't understand why they couldn't provide me with a simple customer service request and the horrible attitude.

We had a very good trip and enjoyed all the facilities. The lobby was very modern and the staff was friendly. The pool area was good to relax every couple of hours and had a beautiful bar. Unfortunately the gastrobar was closed as well as the breakfast but the library was open as well as the rest of the hotel. The gym was super nice and used by only one customer at the time to allow for desinfection. We will be back soon !!

Great place to stay for the price. We have stayed here on 3 separate small trips over the past month and had excellent experience each time. Would highly recommend. Also had great view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks that sea world set off.

The hotel was nice, clean and very well kept! We stayed for 2 nights in the family suite and loved it! Very nice spaced for a family of 5. Will definitely be returning each time we go to Orlando. Staff was friendly and check in was quick!
