I booked a room today 03/10 at 11:22am and at 11:23am I sent Expedia a message that I had booked the room with the wrong dates and the rate was non-refundable. They were nice and contacted the hotel to do an exception and the Expedia agent told me the hotel REFUSED TO DO DO, exact words from the agent. I called the hotel myself and right away the person that answered had a horrible attitude just answering my question to how are you? . Then I explained everything and he says MAM YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO EXPEDIA AND BOOK ANOTHER ROOM WITH THE CORRECT DATES THAT'S ALL. I asked him but I will lose my money, he says: WELL I CANT TO ANYTHING ELSE OKAY! I understand the room was non-refundable but this happened within minutes and all I wanted was my dates changed. I have worked in hospitality before and I know they have the power to help customers with this issue, even the Expedia agent knew about it. If I had called days after this accident or tried to take advantage of the hotel I would have understood this treatment but when this is happening within minutes I don't understand why they couldn't provide me with a simple customer service request and the horrible attitude.
