Stayed here for one night with two toddlers and husband and we were very disappointed. Elevator was broken so we had to walk to another building to use that one and then walk around a building and a half just to get to our room. Terrible, terrible customer service when you can reach them. Worst stay in a while. Will not be returning.

After spending 5 nights at the Grand Floridian we were horrified. Here the rooms are clean and updated but the grounds and pool area... O M G. Crowded. Dirty. Lots of germs. No restaurants nearby to walk too. I was happy we were only here for a night. Pictures online with the “waterpark” look fun. The restaurant... I think it was called Lakeside Grill?!?! Not good. Food is subpar at best. Overall... not good. The best part were the bunk beds but it literally takes up the entire room. Definitely not coming back.

Since the visit was mainly because of Disneyland, we as parents were ready to be exhausted the whole time, but the hotel offered so many things to keep the kids busy! My husband and I could almost relax!
Everything was really clean and we felt safe to have our kids there, also the near by pizza place was great when no one had any straight left to walk anywhere, plus, kids love pizza!

We stayed for an expensive three nights. Pictures look amazing, but is very run down and dirty outside and inside rooms. On the second day of our trip i woke and called down for some towels at 8AM, they never came, by 11:30PM and three more phone calls to the front desk i decided to call and complain to IHG. They managed to get us some towels, and was told i would be contacted by the manager of the hotel, and of course this never happened. We didnt receive room service the next day till close to 5PM and they took garbage and left towels, no toilet paper or coffee or hand towels. We had ants crawling on the kitchen couter, as well as a brown beetle/cock roach not really sure. Pretty safe to say I will never be returning to this place again.

The pictures of this hotel look great and everything looks so new until you get there. It is a run down property that needs lots of refurbishment. The walls of the building are filthy. The elevators do not work in the building we stayed at. The pool never had any towels. The pool was dirty. The ice machine never worked. The rooms were outdated. The room was not serviced for two of the days we were there.The food restaurants on premise are way overpriced. When you check out, you get hit with extra charges that are never mentioned at all when you make the reservation or check in. Lots of kids running around who were loud early in the morning to late at night. There really is not anything good to say about this property.
