The Hyatt House was clean, spacious, comfortable. The value is awesome and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Check in was easy and fast. The breakfast in the morning was good and the area was very clean!

From the front desk staff to the yummy breakfast bar...this was a great experience. The rooms are very
clean and comfy.... bathrooms were a good size. All staff very helpful... I will stay here every time I go to Orlando.

This hotel is where to stay if you’re going to Universal Studios with family or friends .
It’s across the street from the park. Consider leaving your car parked at the hotel and take a bus or Uber to the park.

I had a flight route me to another city. The hotel charged me a no show fee. I asked them to take the amount owed and apply to another trip I had planned the following week. They refused to do it. I have elite status with them, and they didn't care. It was pretty disappointing.

The amenities were excellent, room was clean and updated, breakfast was a very nice touch. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Check in process was easy and fast. Parking was an additional $15 but we did not mind since the parking lot is close by, well lit, and easy to access.

I stayed here for a short business trip. The hotel is in a good location for downtown Orlando and Universal. The hotel was well maintained and staff very on point. For amenities the pool is nice. The gym is sufficient to do the basics. The hotel bar is a small poolside bar but didn’t disappoint. Also the complimentary breakfast was nice and not often seen these days. The rooms are updated, clean, and at a good price point. I would stay here again.
