I booked a room weeks in advance and when I arrive to the hotel all the way from NYC, my room isn't even ready and I had to settle for a room that wasn't even what I booked and didn't have enough beds.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, feels like a vacation home. Location is truly accross from Universal, great breakfast , the pool area when all is open will be very cool.
Service was great, clean, all you are used to expect from Hyatt.

We decided to try this hotel since the rate was good and The reviews were good on hotels.com. We arrive later in the afternoon and check in was quick and speedy the service desk told us about the parking fee and how much we would get back. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. We tried out the hotel bar and pool/lounge area and absolutely loved it this is a newer hotel that’s only about three years old it’s literally right across the street from Universal Orlando and will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.
