We decided to try this hotel since the rate was good and The reviews were good on hotels.com. We arrive later in the afternoon and check in was quick and speedy the service desk told us about the parking fee and how much we would get back. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. We tried out the hotel bar and pool/lounge area and absolutely loved it this is a newer hotel that’s only about three years old it’s literally right across the street from Universal Orlando and will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

I love this place the cleanliness was beautiful the only thing is the breakfast is grab and go I would love to see more varieties but everything else was beautiful great experience I traveled with my kids and I couldn’t ask for more they even have a laundry room which is great

The hotel was very nice and clean. I had everything I needed in the room. Loved the kitchenette.Very wonderful and well mannered staff. It was close to universal world and you can get tickets and free shuttle to and from the hotel to universal studios. I Was very impressed. I honestly have no complaints.
