The hotel was very nice and clean. I had everything I needed in the room. Loved the kitchenette.Very wonderful and well mannered staff. It was close to universal world and you can get tickets and free shuttle to and from the hotel to universal studios. I Was very impressed. I honestly have no complaints.

We loved our stay at Hyatt house! The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was tasty. And it was super close to all the parks and CityWalk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel was better than I expected: Morten rooms, clean room and bathroom. Hotel was centrally located from Parks and Malls. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall enjoyed my stay and experience. Would definitely stay there again

Nice experience, Clean, nice staff, easy check in, nice rooms I took my daughter and her friends to Universal for 2 of the girls Birthdays they enjoyed their room nice space for 5 teenagers! We will do it agai.

Comfortable stay with a great staff at the perfect location universal is directly across the street within walking distance in the view was pretty good too. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.Because universal is so close I expected lots of children and noise but it was the opposite
