Hotel was clean and quite, but no security was present, no parking attendant so I paid for parking that appears to be free, I also was not pleased with the fact rooms were cleaned every three days and when it was cleaned I didnt get new bedding/sheets and I didnt like having to request new towels everyday

Good location. And free shuttle to Universal. Room design is fine. But sheets weren't clean. A/C sounded like a thunder cloud, and the pull out couch did not work properly. Overall, needs to be well maintained. Not sure that is occurring here.

We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Universal Studios Orlando and the Hyatt House was the best. It was even better than the expensive fancy hotel on the Universal property. The room was spacious and clean with all sorts of amenities. The hotel is close to Universal and the staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Dirty diaper found in room and crumbs and thrash on pull out couch and under pullout bed went to front desk multiple times to have them clean room which they attempted and thrash and diaper still there
