Great value for location! Short walk to universal studios without paying onsite hotel prices.
Only concern - there should be more variety of shuttles to Universal Studios for those guests who opt not to have a rental and pay the daily few or would prefer not to walk.

Very pleasant. All staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of food options - quick and sit down. Nice size pool and spa (awesome). Rooms were clean and pleasant. Great view. Great blinds to block out sun. Close to universal studios but still exhausting walking to and from each day and was unable to get on shuttles do to capacity limits.

Hotel was very good deal, good location, very nice and clean. Had to call customer service prior to stay and that experience was horrible which is the reason for the service rating. The people at the actual hotel were great.

Customer service was amazing and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for visiting universal studios. My only issue was there was no microwave in the room. Will be staying again on my next trip.

We were welcomed to this hotel by one of the most pleasant Hotel staff members I’ve ever met, I believe his name was Brian. Of all the hotels and resorts and stayed at last month, this was easily the cleanest. We enjoyed two complementary drinks, the refrigerator at the front desk was also stocked. The pool was very nice, as was the hot tub. My only two things that would make it better are opening of the pool sidebar bar, and extending their pool hours themselves.
