Door bellman people were great. They moved our luggage for us which was awesome, even put our refrigerated items in the fridge for us too. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c could not keep up too well though.
Using a phone to unlock door did not work, had to go all the way to the front desk, wait in a long line to get a key.
It sure sounds like your recent visit to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort was a real blockbuster hit! It's wonderful to read that from the moment you arrived to when you checked out, our Cast Members, especially our Bell Services team, made you feel right at home. Although your visit was certainly filled with pixie dust and magical moments throughout your stay, I'm sorry for the challenges you experienced with the My Disney Experience app. I apologize for the frustration this caused on your day, but I am happy to read that our Cast were able to assist right away to ensure your visit was stress-free.

The All Star Movies resort isn't the nicest resort in Disney World, but it is one of the cheapest places to spend the night on property. At $187 per night, I wasn't too upset. Sure, my room faced a garden and was in the back of the resort and no where near a pool, but the resort isn't a huge one, so it wasn't a big deal. The murphy bed to save space in the room wasn't uncomfortable and was kind of cute. I'm not
a fan of the toiletries being in pumps that are locked onto the shower wall. That's just weird. I miss the days of individual soaps and shampoos. Also, I needed a daily housekeeping check to replenish towels which never seemed to dry in the Florida humidity, but no one from housekeeping ever came into my room. Which means the garbage piled up and we ran out of towels. I know, COVID, but just some clean towels would have made all the difference. Not a place I will push to go to again, but I'm not opposed to another short stay while waiting for my favorite resorts to open.
The worst hotel i have ever been to in my life.
In three days they did not change the towels or clean.
The customer service does not answer the call
In checking they do not give any important information.
I do not recommend this hotel.
The restaurant dirty all the time.
We left the day before, we prefer to leave that place

I stayed one night with just my mom and I as a little getaway. We had a wonderful time, even with the rain! I would happily stay here again if we were planning on just going to Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom! Or if I was by myself or with friends if we were going to epcot or Hollywood studios, just because my mom does have back problems and the walk from the bus to world showcase can be rough on her...

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beds were comfortable. Looked nice and basic, can’t think of anything else we could have needed, asked once to bring extra coffee and they did. Coffee tasted horrible though. Table pulled down to a bed, easy and perfect for whichever you need to use it for. Fun spots outside for the kids and arcade inside. We got pizza dinner- came with Caesar salad and breadsticks, big serving and tasted good. Convenient check in and check out.
