This could be a great hotel but instead it is dirty, tried and in need of much TLC. The common area corridor carpets are filthy the room I was allocated, dark and dirty.
I didn’t notice any difference in nightly room rate yet housekeeping was only every other day. What reason is there now for this other than greed. Rooms are stripped to a bare minimum an example being not even a glass for a drink of water and coffee consumables never replaced once in a 14 day stay!! Housekeeping is a term I use loosely as consists only of bed making, bin emptying and towel changing. They do not even wipe down surfaces/dust so imagine how dirty after 14 nights.
Pilllows are so uncomfortable, I struggled to sleep.
The icing on cake was when my husband overhead the breakfast waitress advising a colleague the she had “left her some of the good stuff in the back room” , not the rubbish that is out front”, lovely!! They are also really frugal with breakfast putting out only a couple of each items at a time and replenishing once gone. This means you are constantly needing to ask for items.
Reported a light bulb needing changing and still in dark a week
later on checking out.
Needs someone to manage from a customer perspective and not profit only.
