Middle of afternoon, 8 cars in lot, asked for one of the numerous booths along outer wall, lead to half booth backing up to bar and kitchen, asked why not one of the. Empty booths. Told everything was reserved, this is at 3:30 in afternoon and a that the waiter serving the booths already had 2 tables. Guess they can't handle more.. Note. 6 tables in the whole restaurant occupied. Fine. Took uncomfortable table at loud location. Waiter came, seemed like he didn't really want to be there. Took our order and left. Food came, drinks needed refilled, wait, waiter is gone, another waiter came to see how we are doing, he took care of drinks. Out waiter came back to clear dishes, had a bit of attitude. This is the third time in the last three weeks that trip to pf changs was a disappointment. Food can be great, but if staff doesn't give a hoot it ruins the trip. We go at specific none busy times so it's quiter, service normally quicker, and a lot less people crowded around us. Note, if somebody walk in your almost empty restaurant in the middle of the afternoon, the first words out of your mouth should be welcome, how may we help you, not do you have reservations tsk tsk, tsk.

Typical PF, offering good Kung Pao chicken, and wonton soup. Everything arrived, via Door Dash, hot n tasty. Entree Serving size was adequate, as was the portion of white rice. They sent a couple extra fortune cookies too... Would definitely order from them again.

When people enter a restaurant it is implied they want to have a meal there which requires service from the waitstaff. My husband and I were seated by the hostess immediately upon entering and were given menus. There were only 2 other occupied tables in the same section of the restaurant where we were seated. A server went to those tables 3 times, walking towards us but not making eye contact and never coming to our table. After waiting 10 mins for a server to acknowledge us, we left.

We made a reservation my son and I and when we arrived we were swiftly taken to our booth. We were offered drinks right away and everything else went smoothly during the evening. Drinks were offered and served and both appetizers and entree were delicious and plentiful. We like P.F. Chang’s and we’ll be back . Friendly staff :)

The lettuce wraps and spring rolls are great. Best of all was the server Jeremy and Rebecca the bartender. But they were all awesome, we will head back there soon.
