It is a very well located hotel with good choice. Personnel with good service and attitude. If we come back to Miami South Beach, we will come back to this hotel. Breakfast buffet was also very good quality with several healthy choices.

A modern apearance, nice, spacious, clean rooms, with very comfortable beds. Great location, right on the beach, beautiful running path behind hotel, nice pool, no loud music. Restaurant with good food. Expensive deli.

I stayed at the Loews for 3 nights for a conference. It’s a nice hotel with decent amenities. The rooms are a good size. The Art Deco exterior is cool. For what you pay it isn’t amazing.

The location was the best part.

This is a great hotel, but far too busy for us.

We chose it for location and facilities and were definitely not disappointed in terms of what was on offer. The challenge was getting access to what we wanted as there was so many people in hotel. I can only guess hotel was at capacity. I would visit again, but only off peak times, if such exist.

When we arrived there was a queue to check in. Somebody behind us in the queue eventually asked for more staff to be added. Breakfast was a queue also - you can't just walk into dining room, you have to put your name down and wait 20 minutes or so before you get seated. Once you did get seated, we always went for buffet option, and we really enjoyed it. Off to the beach - again a queue to get towels and umbrellas.

Service in the bar was excellent, and never too busy. The barmen were friendly. I liked the layout of the area - plenty of place to sit down inside. Although limited enough outside space. Service outside was pretty bad - we tried it once for drinks and once for lunch and on both occasions we had to stand up and chase people down to give orders. So we ended up inside most of the time.

Poolside, we didn't even try. The beds are laid out very tight to each other and I heard another guest saying they got up at 6.15 each morning to put a hold on 12 beds. Similar happens at the beach, people reserve beds in the morning but don't actually use them till afternoon. A bit annoying if you want to grab a bed for a couple of hours in morning.

The hotel rooms are very good, with every mod con. Beds are very big and comfortable. Good service with all the guys in courtyard bringing car after car through. I love the décor outside the hotel over Christmas, loads of lights around the trees which made it quite a special place to arrive to.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the breakfast buffet, Bar Collins and more during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and understand it can be frustrating to experience long waits. We have a policy against reserving chairs in advance at the beach or pool and have addressed this issue with guests who've attempted to. The holidays are indeed our busiest time of year, but we hope to welcome you back during a quieter time in the future!
