Locked out of safe/ Also, beautiful location

Got locked out of the safe in my room. Mr. Patel came up immediately from security and had the safe opened and explained what I did wrong!! GREAT employee, prompt service!!! Additionally, the hotel location is AWESOME!!!! The hotel sits right on the Bay with great water view...

I left my suit in my room after i checked out, and Yazdi Patel from security was an amazing help, he got back to me in a timely manner even when a few days had passed and was extremely comforting. I had a great stay and felt at home. Drinks at the bar were also really good, id recommend their old fashion.

The only positive regarding this hotel is the view over the bay and marina if lucky enough to get a room with a view.
The customer service is absolutely appalling- rude, unfriendly and unhelpful.
Am an Ambassador Elite Status so stay in many hotels .. this one has to be one of the worst I’ve stayed in.
Beds uncomfortable - rock hard
Pillows rock hard
Food in restaurant tasteless - served cold and inedible
Lounge facility - drink machine broken most of the time
Paid Buffet breakfast selection poor..
Took 10 minutes for someone to bring a spoon for the cereal
Raised concerns to staff - with promises someone would respond .. over 5 days not one person tried to address issues.
Not a cheap hotel and offering the service of a motel.
Terrible - stay in a cheaper hotel and receive better service!!

Great clean hotel and the first time I've been since the remodel.
The Club was nice, but breakfast at the hotel restaurant was much better.
Love the view!
Shout out to Loss Prevention Rey who took great care of me when I forgot my glasses in my room.

Room tip: Very busy during Miami Boat Show - walking sometimes better than Uber

Alberto helped me again this year above and beyond! Many packages for a business trip (boat show) and he found them for me! He’s the best. And Yazdi found another that delivered later and got it right up to me. Here on business? These guys will make sure you execute with no issues!

I had a negative experience at Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay regarding housekeeping services. I arrived very tired in my room at 7 pm and it was not cleaned yet. I asked to daily manager and also to the housekeeping manager and they delay to react in sending one person to clean my room. After a lot of discussions the housekeeping manager promissed me to credit in my Elite Bonvoy Account 10.000 Points as a compensation for such inconvenience and it was not done, Resuming, it is not a efficient and trustable property.

Room tip: Avoid stay at Marriott Biscayne Bay. Go to Hilton Downton that is located next door
