Such a great place to stay in the Orlando area. Highly recommend the pool area and the Starbucks on site. Roula the barista was awesome!

A great place for family vacation. Great costumer service. Sony, the server at the breakfast restaurant was amazing, always with a smile and very attentive.

Stopped for 1 night at the Sheraton Orlando North while traveling for business. The hotel has been renovating the guest rooms which I could not tell if they are finished yet. Overall the property was a mix of experiences. The elevators were dirty upon arrival and throughout the stay. The room I was given was renovated but still smelt of old hotel. The shower needs some work as the tile is dirty and loose. The ceiling had a few signs of leaking. Looking out the window in the morning old furniture sits in the parking lot next to the highway off ramp. While I did not use the pool area it did seem nice. I don’t think I would stay again if I was in the area. The bed was comfortable but the room was noisy.

Just leaving a review to give Jayme and the restaurant staff a big thank you for being so hospitable and welcoming! Jayme was so sweet with my toddler, and helped us feel at home during our stay. Great location, and nice, reasonably priced hotel as well. Thank you so much!

Very friendly environment. The girl at the check in named Fabiana is so polite, friendly, kind and helpful. She is just amazing! The rooms were very clean. This was our first visit as a family at this hotel and will definitely be choosing it again in the nearest future.

Definitely recommend. Staff are all very kind. Special shout out to Fabiana at the front desk who is outstanding at her job and makes you feel so welcomed right from the beginning! The staff at the cafe are also very great!
The rooms are clean and the lotion/shampoo smell good!
