Definitely recommend. Staff are all very kind. Special shout out to Fabiana at the front desk who is outstanding at her job and makes you feel so welcomed right from the beginning! The staff at the cafe are also very great!

The rooms are clean and the lotion/shampoo smell good!

I like the layout of the hotel, and the staff was very very nice. But the quality of the rooms was very poor, and not worthy of the rate being charged; ie broken facets, moldy bathtub.
The ac unit needs to be tuned up or made quieter…. I was on the 4th floor, traffic side.

Two things, two very negative items.
1. I opened the balcony window, !!!! and I I immediately became sick from the smell below the 4th floor window, garbage, sewerage, old stinking garbage. I can’t believe that’s allowed to be there.

2. The traffic noise was constant all night, maybe more exterior insulation to block the exterior noise.

The positives: The check-in service was welcoming, quick and polite. Kaitlin and Axel are true treasures and most helpful.
The beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast service was good with very pleasant, helpful staff.

The negatives: Housekeeping was abysmal. The bathroom in our room was oily on arrival and you could tell it had not been washed and I had to do the cleaning myself before I was happy to use the bath. The bins get emptied and the towels replaced daily and that's the extent of the daily clean. Floors are not vacuumed, bathrooms not cleaned, linens not changed (just relaid) and once one of our beds was left untouched because we had left a toilet bag on it. Imagine our confusion coming back to one laid bed, but not the other. The air-conditioning had a mind of its own irrespective of setting and the vents were covered in debris and dust. We all had sore throats by the time we left.

Aside from the breakfast service, only food available the rest of the day is either from a cafe which was unmanned my entire stay and had offerings of just sandwichess, drinks and cakes and a pub which seemed time had forgotten, had a musty smell and served mediocre food.

Management really need to address the quality of the Housekeeping.

Blahb712, it's great to know that the welcome experience and interactions with Kaitlin and Axel left a positive impression, and that you found the beds soft and comfortable. It's however disappointing that some aspects of the stay did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of cleanliness and dining choices. Wow. I am speechless. I stayed here during Hurricane Milton and the staff was incredible. They made such a scary situation not so scary. Caitlyn at the front desk deserves a reward for her patience and attentiveness to clients. 10/10 recommend

Check in with Fabiana was truly amazing, she was super sweet and very knowledgable, she had an answer to every question I asked. She was quick to respond when I called downed and actually personally seen to it. I call Ms. Fabiana Ms. Hospitality.
When Fabiana was not there, I had the pleasure of dealing with Shamya and she was just as sweet and excited to assist. Although my conference call was stressful, and this whole business trip was frustrating. These two made one heck of a difference!

This transition to Fl has been a lot, it started off stressful but every encounter with Fabiana feels like a ray of sunshine. She is so pleasant, warm and welcoming.
Lillian and the awesome gent for club hour along with Fabiana and Axel. This hotel feels like home away from home. I am thankful for you guys. I’ve yet to meet a team as AWESOME AS these four.

When visiting Orlando FL make sure you stay here.
