Fabiana provided outstanding service. She greeted me with professionalism, kindness and she is most definitely a wonderful asset to this property. She advised me about the restaurants on property and all the amenities as well as where to park closest to the entrance. I prefer staying at Sheraton properties and this one was both very clean and quiet.

We had our first room hvac turn off while we were gone. When we came back to the room it smelled so bad. Similar to my dogs feet. We moved rooms and I gotta say the other room had the smell as well but not as pungent since the hvac was running. It’s gross and we had a headache all weekend during our stay. Please revise the 4 star hotel. This is not one.

hotel continues to be comfortable though I hate the $17 parking. An Tobar was wonderful, continues to serve good food but prices are through the roof and wanted to charge $3 for bread! Ratings below are impacted by the restaurant.
