This hotel was okay. We chose it because the venue was close, in hindsight we would’ve stayed closer to coast and drove to the event. We did Cape Canaveral 1 day and the beach the other day. My main issue with the hotel was the elevator, it took forever- I would suggest staying on 1st Floor to not be irritated. Service was fantastic, but if you need towels at the pool, may need to bring some from the room. Also only 3 lounge chairs at the pool.

Pool had sun on it most of the day, without any buildings blocking the sun. Stayed over a week. The place is a little dated, but very clean. The 2 bedroom rooms were large. Breakfast were good and different each day.

Stayed to visit with family. Location is good for Maitland area. Easy access to major roads.
Staff friendly and accommodating. Room spacious for walker to move around in.

Apparently nobody who works here cleans. Floors were dirty. Breakfast poorly stocked; no orange juice, no coffee cups. Our dishes were supposedly washed and ready to use upon arrival, but they had fingerprints and lip prints all over them. Don’t stay here. Garbage hotel.

Not a good location for amenities, restaurants, food outlets, etc. No room service during our stay. Breakfast had no coffee, limited fruit selection, dried out oatmeal, overcooked sausages - you get the picture. There are better choices at a lower price point nearby.
