Upon arrival, the buildings and grounds look very impressive. Location was great - right on beach, close to stores and restaurants. Covered parking a real plus. As we entered the condo, it looked just as pictured on line. The room was small but very adequate for two. Nice kitchen, bath (shower water pressure was fantastic), living area furniture very nice. View of ocean was incredible and pool area very nice. However, within moments of being in condo it was evident that it was far from clean. I am not a clean freak, but this was unacceptable. I spent two hours cleaning just to make it "some better". Every surface was more than dusty. There was food on cabinets and walls - even counter in kitchen. Doors and walls throughout were dirty plus needed new paint. Floors very dirty. The Murphy bed would not have bothered me, however, the mattress was horrible. My husband will sleep on anything and even he could not get comfortable. It is sad as this could have been a very nice place. A few other things that bothered me was the chairs around the pool were tied down at the back making it unable to be moved - even just to position for sun. Also there was not one umbrella or area to be shaded from sun after noontime. The one elevator stopped working on two occasions with someone in it( thank goodness not me) during one of those times. Also the water was off from 9am to 2 pm one day for repairs which could have/ should have been done during nighttime - a real inconvenience.
