We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. Everything was provided for us! It was so peaceful. The water and animal life was so nice to wake up to or just sit around and watch. We would come back to again and again!

Honestly, this is the perfect place. Located in the town of Layton. Everything you need is in the shed including beach chairs and large umbrellas, 8 sets of snorkeling gear, bait buckets and rods and usually bait in the chest freezer for fishing. Then there are 4-5 kayaks including a tandem. There is a nice canoe and paddles a plenty for all. Outdoor dining under the tiki hut which also has a large gas grill. Plenty of outside seating choices. The patio area is right at the perfect spot on the canals and lake. You can snorkel right there. Tons of cool fish and nurse sharks swim there. Manatee come right up to the patio. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy to make dinner at home. Pier 68 boat rentals is right across US 1 at the end of this house's street. You can rent an awesome boat there. We rented a center console boat with a 115 hp outboard for like $160/day + fuel at the end. The tank holds 45 gal of gasoline. We used it for two days of fishing and cruising around and only used 10 gal. There is a Kwiki Mart right on US1 which takes 4 min to walk to down the street from the house to the intersection with US1. They have standard milk and bread and necessities along with tons of other stuff you may need. We'll be back next year for sure.
