We had a fantastic family vacation. Marlin Bay is so relaxing, so clean, so wonderful. We cannot wait to return for another vacation.
The location is convenient. The house accommodations were perfect for the adult family. We were 5 adults and the bedrooms with private baths were perfect. The kitchen was very well appointed. Next time we will be prepared to cook dinner at home more frequently.

One of the best vacations we have had. The accommodations were spotless and the setting was beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with grown children (ages 21-27). Could not have asked for a better place to rest and recharge. The employees could not have been nicer and they keep the grounds impeccable--there was always someone driving around cleaning which we appreciated. Cannot say enough good things about Marlin Bay--we are already looking forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed two weeks at the Marlin Bay Resort. We rented one of the three bedroom townhouses that are part of the property. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, had comfortable beds, and good quality linens. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice cookware and dishes. The AC kept the whole house very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. We appreciated how clean it was and how nicely the temperature was manintained. The pool bar was great with many kinds of drinks, served by very friendly bartenders. We found all staff members to be friendly and attentive. There isn't a restaurant on the property, but there are several good ones within walking distance. The only negative thing to report was the territorial nature of the guests there from the boat slips. They (10-15 people) staked out the end of the pool with the best sunlight every day (breaking resort rules) and made it clear that nobody else was welocome in "their" area. Otherwise, we loved our vacation at Marlin Bay.

We had an amazing trip here in early November. The staff were all amazing and went out of their way to help with our stay! We have stayed at nearly every resort with a marina in the Keys and this is by far the absolute best and nicest resort in the Keys with a marina.

Almost don't want to write this review as do not want it to get out how amazing Marlin Bay is!!! Simply incredibe from the moment you enter. Unique layout of the houses. Our unit, 3820, was breathtaking. Incredible views everywhere. House had pretty much everything we needed. Pool was outstanding as was the bartender at the pool bar, Kathleen. Great conversations and she makes some fantastic cocktails. Only downside I would say was the mattresses were a bit to firm, and after 10 days my back was hurting a bit. But otehr than that what a place. Great staff and incredible resort. Love the attention to detail everyone has, even the grounds crew raking the sand/pebbles around the marina every morning.
