We had an amazing trip here in early November. The staff were all amazing and went out of their way to help with our stay! We have stayed at nearly every resort with a marina in the Keys and this is by far the absolute best and nicest resort in the Keys with a marina.

Almost don't want to write this review as do not want it to get out how amazing Marlin Bay is!!! Simply incredibe from the moment you enter. Unique layout of the houses. Our unit, 3820, was breathtaking. Incredible views everywhere. House had pretty much everything we needed. Pool was outstanding as was the bartender at the pool bar, Kathleen. Great conversations and she makes some fantastic cocktails. Only downside I would say was the mattresses were a bit to firm, and after 10 days my back was hurting a bit. But otehr than that what a place. Great staff and incredible resort. Love the attention to detail everyone has, even the grounds crew raking the sand/pebbles around the marina every morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlin Bay! The home was lovely, very cleaned and had all the amenities we needed. The staff is beyond wonderful and helpful. My. We had myself, husband and sister in law for the stay. The layout was perfect for all our comfort, space and privacy. The pool is so nice and the bar with drinks was perfect! Marathon was the perfect middle spot for us and all we hade planned during our week here. We all highly recommend Marling Bay Resort!

I travel to Marathon several times a year and this was the first time I stayed at Marlin Bay Resort.
I cannot say enough about the experience. It was hands down, one of the best places I have visited.
The house was immaculate and beautifully, decorated with incredibly comfortable beds. They did not spare any expense, and it was completely loaded with every amenity you could possibly need. Every bedroom had their own pool towels, and there was a Beach bag filled with specific towels to take to the beach. If you needed anything, you just texted your concierge and they would arrange it for you instantaneously. The pool was beautiful and the bartender at the pool bar was so great. She knew all of us by name and really made the experience special.
The clubhouse was also beautiful, but we didn’t have any rain so we didn’t really have any need to take advantage of it. They have a beautiful gym with a sauna and steam room and a shower, a pool table, shuffleboard, table, ping-pong table, and every other game by the pool you could possibly imagine. They even had a lookout tower to climb to watch the sunset but we had a roof deck so we didn’t use it. They had huge grills and picnic tables all around the property and Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the sunset. I can’t wait to comeback!!

Excellent accommodations and customer service. Would have given 5 stars except the elevator was broke on our three story home and was not made aware of this until arrival. Would have expected some type of credit for the inconvenience.
