Very nice resort. Stay here more than 1 day if you can to use all of the amenities. Cheap box breakfast is included. BE CAREFUL of the resort fee. We paid the $54 resort fee in our booking and then the clerk charged us another $54 resort fee at check in. I tried to explain to her we already paid it and showed her the paperwork but she wouldn't listen and said everyone pays the resort fee at check in. It's nice here but VERY expensive.
This is the nastiest place we have ever stayed. Just arrived to first look around. Nothing at all like their website. Run down, needing a cleaning and updates, pool bar closed on a day it is to be open, they added an additional $45 resort fee after we prepaid. It is so bad, we asked to cancel before our room was even ready. Manager would not refund our money. The condos next door come over to use the pool. Tremendously misrepresented and should be taken off all travel sites!!!!
Doesn't look like much from the outside. Had a double queen for 3 days. Nice sized balcony with furniture. Comfortable, clean bed. Great a/c & powerful ceiling fan. Bathroom Great size. If you are looking for Florida cookie cutter, touristy place. This isn't it. LARGE pool with plenty of seating. Large area to walk around and unwind. The breakfast was great. So it was boxed? Some of these reviews.... You do realize you are on a KEY, not even an island. Everything has to be shipped in.
Loved this little hidden tropical gem! Small, quaint, laid-back resort. Room was excellent;tastefully decorated, fresh, relaxing. Bed and pillows were perfect. Big, wonderful swimming pool! Little sandy beach with Tiki bar, chairs and hammocks. Marina! Yard games! Bicycles and fishing poles for use. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
We stayed here for 2 nights on a road trip of the keys. The room was great - spacious and clean with good shower facilities. The pool was large and really nice & location was good. Parking on site & bikes & fishing rods to hire etc that was fab. We'd deffo stay again.
Negatives - Breakfast boxes were pretty poor - most people left the majority of it, check in was late & we were sent away twice. The safe didn't work and they took 3 requests to fix it (which involved taking one from another room). The marina area was a bit smelly, but nice to watch sunset (not the best we've stayed at but still decent) . Just seemed that a bit more attention could be paid to make it top notch. None of this meant we wouldn't return or recommend it.
