From the back country to the Atlantic ocean... Captain Chris consistently proves himself among the best in the Florida Keys. His true love for the sport puts him on the water even on his days off, giving him the competitive edge over his competition. He knows where the hot bite is all the time! You will even see other fishermen asking him where the action is. I have had all my best days on the water with Captain Chris at the helm. Far Out Fishing is a must do when visiting key west.

Chris Mendola,is by far the most knowledgeable guide in key west fla. I have been deep sea fishing for 15 years and have never had the quality of someone that knows the do"s and don't"s.He produces every time.

I have been off shore fishing more than a handful of times. I have to say Far Out Fishing Charters has been the best salt water experience ever. Chris Mendola is a class act and knows his stuff about fishing. From the bait/fish to the weather/ where bouts to catch them. As a Key West native he knows all the " secrets " spots. I would put my money on him everytime. You will not be disappointed.

I fished with Chris the first day of my trip to key west. He was so good we decided to go a second day with him. He is extremely knowledgable about the ocean and has all the equipment one could ever need for all types of fishing trips. We went sword fishing and cobia fishing. We had a blast and will always use his charter in the future. He is the best guy for the job.
