Place was sketchy off the bat.. the mirrors had grime and the place overall seemed dirty. Night staff was so sweet while day staff seemed a little “off”. Would not recommend. Not to mention as soon as you walked in your room you’re instantly hit with a wave of some smoke smell. They only gave you ONE hand towel. We had to go down and ask for more.
Reviews have lied. Not worth the price. Expected better from Marriott.

I don’t know how this place had a good rating. Help was missing, rooms were not ready at 3pm, room looked clean but felt grimy, air conditioner was loud and walls are not sound proof. I would never go back. Lobby furniture had stains.

Place is a dirty, sketchy, skanky place. Wear booties, the carpets aren't clean enough for your shoes. Dump! Maskless guests, backs up to the dumpsters of a dirty old strip mall. I would not stay at this property ever again. Good luck!

I just moved from this area and had to return. No prior experience with this hotel but my experience with other Fairfield Inns, never thought to check reviews. Well, this was the most negative experiences I have had in years. One tiny elevator with dirty floor. The hallway carpets are stained and not maintained. We were given a King suite as a comp. First room did not have a working frig so we moved. Found out they only do room service every 4 days. Person at desk told me this was due to concerns about staff entering guest rooms and Covid. Hello? Not cleaning rooms causes more bacteria and other organisms to fester . Wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The shower is a danger and I told them to have maintenance look at it. It varied from cold to scalding. No water pressure. Someone could be injured with such temp changes. No laundry given out, no liners for trash cans, no change of bag for ice bucket. Beds unmade. They are saving big bucks!! We paid $283.00 for 2 night. Not cheap but for this lack of service, it is overpriced. NEVER again! Call before you book. If you can live with room service every 4 days, you are stronger than I am.

Room tip: Suggest you not choose a room here. We had a suite and loud neighbors so no suggestions here.

Will most definitely not be staying here again. Polite staff but dirty hotel. Left a box of pizza out for an hour, returned and roaches were ALL OVER the desk and box. Was very uncomfortable as I slept, felt as if bugs were crawling all over me. Housekeeping did not clean my room at all in the 4 days I was there. Carpet smells. Roaches were terrible. Polite staff but rooms are not worth staying or paying $97 a night.
