The owner Luke was super helpful from the start and through out the booking process, he kept regular contact and was quick to answer any questions we had.
The condo itself is perfect and equipped well, with a 2
Min walk across the car park to the famous white sand beach and a great pool again 2 mins across the car park, which are clean and a super kids pool that is as warm as a bath.
Ground maintenance is excellent and we could not have wished for a better location.
We can’t thank Luke enough for letting us use his condo and would highly recommend booking at the Captains Quarters.

We found renting from Luke to be so easy and we really appreciated the communication! Luke called me a few days before our trip to make sure we had received everything that we needed for arrival! On our way to Fl the morning we were checking in, Luke called to let us know we could get in early if we arrived before 4:00 PM! A really gracious host!
Once there we were so excited to see how nice the condo was! Super clean and it had everything as promised!
The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was furnished with everything you’ll need! With so many grocery stores close by you can shop and be set for the week!
The beautiful white sand beach was steps away from the condo, as stated! The seashells on the beach were abundant and the dolphins entertained us for hours!
The pool was refreshing!
We walked to the Lake near the condo and watched the turtles! There are hundreds of turtles!
We had a great week! 100% recommend Luke’s Captain’s Quarter’s condo #82!

We stayed at Captains Quarters, the week of Hurricane Michael. Luke was more than cooperative and understanding with our having to stay and leave and return. Destin was fortunate and did not get hit. The condo was ready for us. We can recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, close to the pool, close to good eating places. Quiet complex, relaxing
You all some of the nicest folks I know and I am so happy to have you stay at my place. The hurricane missed us and I feel really bad for the folks out East. Most important thing was your personal safety. That was a rough two days. I am so happy it all worked out well. I will call you and you will have a nice surprise for your next stay.

1 review The condo was very clean and well kept. The beach is basically just across the parking lot. Great pool and overall great location. We WILL stay there again - we have found our favorite place to stay in Destin. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a vacation to the area.
So nice to hear from you and extremely please that you had a good time at the condo.
We survived our biggest heart ache in terms of a hurricane that came so close to Destin but bypassed us and went to Pensacola and Mexico beach area. We are so eternally grateful that our condo was unharmed. So our condo will be there for you to visit next year.
