Probably unfair to evaluate this resort due to covid virus restrictions. All amenities and activities were shut down. What brief encounters we had with staff were abrupt but efficient. Although we had a view of the gulf , high rises on both sides prohibited views on sunsets and sun rises. But the beautiful emerald Coast with soft white sand would match any of the Florida beaches. The unit had a bad smell when we arrived also it claimed to be a 3 bedroom but was more like a 2 bedroom and a broom closet with a bunkbed. There was construction going on when we were there so our view was of the parking lot mostly.

View of beach between two other resorts across street. Resort is converted hotel. Has rundown feeling. Beach behind resorts on other side of street. Wallpaper was peeling in both bathrooms. Charged extra because I didn’t book a whole week. Whole week wasn’t available when I booked.
Hi dcrussell2. We are located directly on the beach so your description sounds like you might have stayed at a different resort. We also do not have wallpaper in the units. We hope you can double check where you stayed and remove your review.
Nice beach view. Two bedroom only had one bathroom. The hot tub went down for maintenance, and they had to order part from Japan. Two month delay. Location was near many Destin attractions.

The curtains at so much dust on them when you open up there door the wind would blow to death in your eyes the cop it seem like somebody died there bed was very hard and the people who made the reservations were not honest

Loved the location of this resort. Right on the beach!!! There was roof construction going on during my stay. I was given a room right by the construction (SMH) and next to the systems and boiler room & tucked away in a dark corner. I would only return to this resort when they upgrade or if I'm given a voucher for a free stay and in a different room overlooking the beach. Also, the cleaning fee of $75 was excessive for staying less that 7 days. Other resorts charge much less.
