We had a lovely 2-week stay in this villa in March / April 2016. Everything you could ask for with tons of room for our family of 5. Great position for driving to Disney Parks. This is the best way to enjoy the family entertainment on offer in Orlando.

After a long drive from Fort Myers we arrived at The Sanctuary Westhaven, We was VERY happy with the look and style of the villa and a great pool for our 5 year old. Everything about the villa was great plenty of room for the 6 of us and and having the heated pool is a MUST for the winter months. Very close to food shopping and Restaurants also straight onto the I 4 and the 27 within 5 minutes, all the parks are also close by between 15 and 30 minutes away depending on which park and area. The villa has 4 great size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 extra toilets downstairs, 2 lounges and very large well equipped kitchen. WE COULD NOT FIND ANY FAULT withe the villa. 5 star WE WILL BOOK AGAIN

1 review The house was clean, everything worked. Hot tub was great. Good morning sun, relatively quiet. Gated community and alarm added a level of security. Two things missing essential for a tropical vacation were a blender and grill. We were able to rent a grill from the management company and they were very responsive.

2 reviews Spent 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. Pictures were very accurate. Well stocked kitchen for those who want to cook at home, but there are many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well-cared for. We had the pool heated, which was an extra bonus on the days when it was a bit chilly. Very close to shopping and major roadways. Had one issue but management took care of it within an hour. Owner is very considerate and was concerned that everything was up to our expectations. And it certainly was. 1 review We stayed in this wonderful villa for 12 days in late November. Great villa with everything you need for the stay. The villa was clean, pretty and enormous. Amazing pool and backdrop to the conservation area. The villa is in a gated community, with palm trees that line the road. A very safe environment, very pretty. The Disney parks are literally 20 mins away, door to door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
