We had 5 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. The rooms were immaculate when we arrived. Fully furnished. The pool & beach were all we expected. The building manager was probably the best we have ever encountered. Kept the grounds immaculate & made sure the rules were followed. Had fun on the putting green. What you read about the condo is what you get

We stayed here for 2 weeks in February. It is a half a block from the beach which was very peaceful. There was practically no one on the beach laying out, just people going for walks. The house was nice. Exactly what ut looks like in the pictures. There were 6 adults and 2 kids total and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is nice with plenty of sitting room. The pier is a short walk from the house. I do recommend renting a car to get around to stores, and restaurants. Sharon was very nice. We spoke with her several times on the phone and via email which made us very comfortable renting from her.

The grounds and pool area were very nice and well maintained. The unit was dated which included a very small master bathroom with no exhaust fan. The heat and air was preset.
On warm days, the pre-set temperature was not enough to cool the unit making sleeping difficult.

great spot wonderful veiw of the sun rise Good walking beach
Cocoa Beach is wonderful. Close to Ron Jon's the surf shop.
Good restaurantsGood open floor plan
good for large groups
Too bad you can't eat at the pool for lunch, they have a no food sign. Cocoa beach does not recyle or at least this place doesn't Would prefer to keep bootles separate. November is a great time to visit, not a lot of tourist.
