What a lovely experience. The service was outstanding and the food is amazing. Try the waguy carpaccio and the Japanese truffle risotto. They have pretty fast service considering the size of the restaurant and the prices are consistent with the quality of the experience.

Always the best sushi in the Miami area. In Bal Harbor mall/shops. When we are in town we love to eat lunch here. Really the best sushi around and the best spicy tuna crispy rice IN THE WORLD! Full stop.

Management is abusive in that they discriminate against customers that are walk-ins. The reservation system at this facility is a horrible mismanaged and shameful display of one bumbling delay after another. Your given a time upon arrival and then the wait time triples. A one hour hold time for the reservation on muliples tables that stay empty throughout the evening is outrageous.
4-6 tables are wide open for 30-45min intervals while 20 customers are standing in a small area up front with no seating sitting on window ledges. The ownership of the facility needs to intervene and discharge management in favor of an overhauled and expedited seating policy as there is a heavy profit margin loss from customers that are refusing to be jerked around with their procrastination and unacceptable delays. Its shocking that this type of mismanagement is allowed to continue at this upscale location.
