The condo was immaculate, well equipped and had additional recommendations on where to go locally for great food, best places to see the sunset, which we appreciated. Sue (the owner) was extremely responsive when I texted her with a question. This was our first time at Bethany Beach and we would definitely return. I can only hope Sue's condo is available again at that time.
The beaches were clean and had lifeguards and were a short drive away. Parking was fine - and the meter machines take credit cards. We took a day trip to Ocean City (about a half hour away) and I couldn't wait to get back to the quiet and more family oriented Bethany Beach. This area is a great family vacation, for those looking for a quiet, laid back and low stress time away. I was looking for activities that would be good for my under the age of 8 kids, and this was it. Ice cream, splashing in the surf and hanging out - this was the perfect end to a hectic summer.

We love this beach getaway! The home is light and spacious, located in a very quiet neighborhood, well equipped for the babies/kids/beach/cooking. Beds are comfortable. Back porch is so inviting you may not leave the house! Nice sized patio for hanging out too. Pool is close to house and huge! You can ride your bike to the beach via country roads, or miss the traffic driving the short distance. Sue is a fun, kind, considerate and very available host. We travel a lot and always rent homes. Sue has created a place where you bring in your luggage, kick off your flip flops and go ahhhhhh! No worries here. We will be back in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace!

What I liked most about this was the fact that it was "off the beaten path" but close enough to the sights to make it convenient. The condo itself was perfectly kept, well furnished and inviting. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for us because it was quiet and unhurried. At the same time we were only minutes away from the beach, shopping and good restaurants. I would recommend this rental without reservation.
