It is fully furnished and consisting by a large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is able to host up to 6 persons. Many outside facilities in the garden (barbeque, large round table for up to 16 guests, a traditional wood oven, a rose garden etc) are also in use for our guests. It is a really traditional staying in an open air land among the nature but with many facilities and comforts for every season all over the year. It is safe and leisure, quite peace of mind place for families and every guest, in particular for older ones. Owners are able to take care of their guests in everything they need. The round pool (9 m. diameter, 1.8 m. deep) is large enough for guests who want to keep their privacy. We are able to take care of our guests every day. Guests are provide their own breakfast, meals or dinner in a fully equipment kitshen and dinning room keeping their own privacy if they want to. A small kid-pool (3 m. diameter, 40 cm deep), beside of the main pool, is also provided with a function of waterfall into the main pool giving the possibility of a spa in the small pool where there is a spring water fountain in the center of the small pool as well as a fun massage under the fall in the main pool. An ideal staying, excellent value for money.

Great spot for enjoying Greece mainland, central for cultural trips and quiet for relaxing in the sun
We are a family of 4 (with 2 girls aged 5 and 7). We loved the apartment. It is high in the mountains, very quiet and cooler than average Greece. We visited Athens, Sounion NP (temple of Poseidon), Corinth, Mycenea (or: Mykines) and Delphi with our rental car. All not too far for a day. Also our landlords gave us tips for local activities. We enjoyed horseback riding at Endurance Club in Malakasa twice (highly recommended, they have 'tours' through nature for all levels also non-experienced), visited the interesting wine museum, went with a funicular to the top of a mountain (great views on Athens) and dined in a hotel and were impressed by Greek orthodox art in monastery of rustique village Kerassiani. We wanted to go by ferry from Rafina port for a day trip to the island Tinos, but sadly had not enough days. Our girls loved the enormous pool to swim, float and dive in as well as the lovely (higher) shallow basin where they could stand in and play. There was a fountain, and a waterfall to the (lower) pool. They also liked to explore the terraces in the lovely garden. That is why we alternated between trips and lazy days at the pool. We lived outdoors and ate many meals in the garden house. Most important inside item (for us) was the big refridgerator and freezer. Because of the risk of forest fires we did not use the outside kitchen (oven and separate BBQ grill) very often. But first time of use we ate with our landlords, and had wonderful roasted and grilled vegetables. Every now and than we feasted on the cookings of the landlady (she can cook!!). You can ask for meal service. They are retired architects and it was great to hear about the architectoral and constructional specialities (and stories) of the ancient sites we visited. In the (mini) village Mikrochori it was only a 500 metres walk to tavernes To Meraki and Barba Vasilis. We loved both of them! Very cosy, child friendly and great food. Do try the sheep fillet in To Meraki! The cook gives you a lot of extra samples every visit. Good supermarket(s) and bakery(s) are from 3 km distance of the apartment. We are very happy to have choosen for the very interesting mainland of Greece, and are very lucky to have stayed in this beatiful spot!!

Perfect Villa Near Athens for Families
Visiting Greece was a lifelong dream for us and we could not have picked a better location to combine sightseeing and summer break.
The villa is located in quaint village of Mikrochori, which is only 45 minutes drive from Athens. Despite being small, the village has couple of small restaurants that are only 10 minutes' walk from the house. They offer a variety of authentic Greek food at very reasonable prices.
The Villa offers all facilities needed for a short stay and it is tastefully decorated throughout. Within its well-kept garden, there is a gazebo where we had all our meals, BBQ, sun chairs, and a large parasol by the pool. There are two connected pools for adults and younger children where we ended up spending all our time whenever we were at the villa - even at night, owing to the charming lighting provided around the garden.
For comfortable transportation, hiring a car is recommended but there is also near the house. We were able to visit Athens a few times (a night time visit to Acropolis is also recommended!), Delphi, Corinth and Sounion, which are no longer than 2 hours' drive from the house. It is possible to visit these places early in the morning and spend the afternoon at one of the many public beaches that are available around Greek coastline. You can get free sun chairs and parasols provided that you do small purchases from their cafes.
It is impossible to complete this review without mentioning our wonderful hosts, Lefteris and Despina, who have been very kind and helpful from the time we made our booking. They not only assisted us in our plannings but also attended to all our needs generously. They are the true embodiment of Greek hospitality and we believe we made friends for life.

Amazing villa apartment, recommended!
We have been to this villa with our 2 toddlers in August 2015 and can definitely recommend it to everyone!
Lefteris and Despina are two retired professionals who now let the lower floor of their villa. They are very friendly and happy to help with everything. You can have intelligent conversations with them, or, if you prefer, enjoy your privacy. The apartment is a stand-alone unit, fully equipped, and you don't really feel someone else (the owners) lives above you.
The location is perfect - you are in the country yet fairly close to everything - although a car is almost essential. Large supermarkets are located 5 to 10 minutes away, Athens and Athens airport are about 40 minutes. Most attractions in the Attica area, as well as the big local shopping centres are less than 40 minutes drive.
The pool is very big, bigger than it looks on the pictures. There is a small pool for toddlers as well. The villa has a large garden and rest area, a nice BBQ corner and some outdoor sitting corners.
The is a large driveway where your car can he securely parked.
The WiFi network covers most of the house, and the owners said they'll improve the p signal to cover more areas.
We have found the place very clean, comfortable and relaxing.
We would highly recommend this place for your Greek holiday.

Lush villa, quiet place, and wonderful people....
Wow where do I start; I found this villa to be very nice and comfortable for our stay. My friends and I can’t fault this rental at all and the owners were very helpful and given us advice when needed, always ready to help, and did respect our privacy. We stayed on the ground floor and owner lived at the top floor, but because they are so discrete it felt like we had the whole villa to ourselves. The pool is very big and they have a beautiful garden to walk around in, nice places to sit outside to eat your breakfast/lunch/dinner. One thing I must say though on the advertisement it mentions that there is Jacuzzi or hot tub but unfortunately it’s neither, more like a water fountain, but did enjoy it though. The house is located in the countryside, between Kapandirti and Kalamos, very beautiful village and nice people, one thing I must state that I never meet any people like Greek folks; they are the most helpful, accommodating, co-operative, supportive, the list can go on, what was also great is that most knew how to speak English if not they would find someone that did. Our experience was very good and because of the people the overall experience became excellent.
Conclusion;
Villa is great, owners are up most helpful with great hospitality, and Greek people are the most helpful people I have ever met

La casa è graziosa e climatizzata naturalmente, merito dei proprietari che sono architetti. La piscina bella ma non funziona l'idromassaggio.
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ci hanno fatto assaggiare specialità gastronomiche greche che abbiamo molto apprezzato.
La zona è molto tranquilla anche se di notte si sentono rumori strani, forse motorini per azionare qualcosa che non abbiamo capito.
La casa è abbastanza lontana dal mare ma questo lo sapevano prima di partire ed ė stato un nostro errore. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e i proprietari molto discreti. Unica pecca: letto rumoroso ma la casa è grande ed è fornita di una seconda da camera da letto.

Excellent hostipatilty, quite place in the country
The house is located in the country, between Kapandirti and Kalamos. It is around 15 minutes from the exit of the highway to Athens.
You must have a car. You will park the car inside the property and there is space enough for U-turn.
The rooms are on the ground floor and are quite fresh if you open the windows during the night and close them during the day. There are two bedrooms, one living room and a kitchen. We didn’t use the living room because there is a large space outside, with shadow and with sunny space, pending our pleasure.
The swimming pool is larger than we have imagined on the pictures.
I have to indicate that we appreciate a lot the owners and the hospitality. They welcome us and provide us an excellent support. They are always ready to help you and we took benefits of their advices. In another hand, they are discrete and they respect your intimacy and you area. They contribute positively to a very pleasant stay. As testimony, I have to indicate that when we arrived at the airport, one of luggage was lost. Kindly, the owners have taken in charge the discussion (in greek) with the local company and the luggage delivery.
In conclusion: our experience is that it is a very nice place to stay, to organize visit to Athens and the area. You would be welcomed by educated people, who taken care of you
