The castle is a nice looking building. When we visited, it was undergoing important renovations, so much of the facade was hidden by scaffolding. Inside, our visit was also disturbed by the work, that was quite noisy. There are some nice paintings on the walls, with interesting descriptions, but the visit allows you only to see the street level floor, most of the rooms being pretty much empty. The first room has some information about the history of the castle, and a video in italian, and some rooms have interesting paintings. But the other rooms dont contain much. On the other hand, the visit costs only 3 Euros.
I guess a guided visit would have taught me a lot more, but unfortunately it was not available.
