Description: Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.

Fabulous food and fabulous service. Deon was spot on taking care of our table. He suggested the Irish Porter craft beer. I brew my own and this is likely the best dark porter I have had from a brew pub!!!! If you like beer, the Irish Porter is a great pairing with any entree. The hamburgers, Rueben sandwich, and the Pot Roast were all great entrees. Deon worked our table throughout our lunch at the Shamrock which enhanced the experience as he accommodated our needs with fabulous food and fabulous service - we will be back. Thanks Deon!!!!

Come here to get a feel for Pueblo as it has been for decades...love the fish n chips, beer cheese soup, meatloaf, and of course the simple Irish pub atmosphere. Not Fast food, so bring some good company, sit, enjoy the local vibe, and leave happy! Could probably also mention the nice selection of Ales...

First, love their sunday brunch...the french toast is so good (didn't say good for you ;)

However, my husband and I have learned that if we are planning on dining here, we don't expect very good service. In the three years we have lived in pueblo, I can count on one hand the times the service was good...it's usually bad. It's a very familiar site watching our waitress dote on larger tables and/or friends/regulars while we sit...and sit...and sit and wait.

The Shamrock is a great classic pueblo local. The food is good and reasonably priced. The place has neen there for decades. Rumor is that there was once upstairs entertainment. Try the beef boxties. They were the fisrt pueblo location I can remember having Guiness.

Thank you for your review. Watch for our new brewery and event center expansion in 2019. When complete we will be offering occasional live entertainment. Thanks again!

I waited a little over 30 minutes for our meal but the it was worth the wait. The cheese ale
soup was so much better than my local Irish pub. Fish was fresh and crispy (had a bit of hubby’s meal) The corn beef was flavorful but a touch too salty (I have had better) the service was passable and so was the desert.
