Romano’s has been the best Italian Restaurant in Littleton for more than 50 years! We’ve lived here and enjoyed Romano’s for more than 35 years - and can personally attest to its longevity and popularity.

On our recent visit we went with another couple. By arriving at 5:30 pm we were seated immediately - and the line was out the door when we left about 90 minutes later.

I enjoyed the half homemade spaghetti with Italian sausages and half eggplant parmigiana. It was a wonderful meal, and I took some home in a box for lunch the next day.

Thank Steve M

My family( from 1 to 73) loves dining here or getting takeout. It is old school Italian food. Portions are very large so taking home a box is very common. The owners are almost always there. The staff is super friendly and hard working. Wonderful to have a family owned restaurant that is not super noisy where you can relax and enjoy family. They also have round tables which I think can fit 8 and a backroom for larger family gatherings.

We had been wanting to try our local Italian restaurant for sometime and recently took an Italian couple to see if they'd be impressed.

Our guests loved the soup and ordered several quarts to take home.

I ordered Eggplant Parmasean which, sadly, was a bit tough.

But our biggest concern was the busyness of the evening left the restaurant looking in
serious need of attention to appearance.

We hope to give it another chance on a quieter day.

We read about Romano’s in the Denver Post- been in the family for 50 years. It has great friendly, efficient servers, large menu with lots of vegetarian options and a nice wine menu. Caprese is outstanding as is the soup and the bologna se.

This restaurant opened the same year we were married - 1967. And like us it's still going strong. We had not been there in a while, but little has changed. It's great neighborhood Italian that you don't encounter often in the Denver area. The home made spaghetti is excellent. We have always enjoyed the Triple Treat. They make eggplant Parmesan better than any restaurant in Denver. It's not soupy and is cooked perfectly. I certainly hope this restaurant continues to stand the test of time.
