We recently stayed on property at Keystone (Black Bear a couple nights and Arapahoe that last couple) during highest season, between Christmas and New Years (and a bit beyond). Rockin' R Ranch is the in village grocery at River Run Village. While not huge, it had everything we needed for pasta nights, cereal, etc. No eggs, at least while we were there. Good supply of first aid stuff, including various meds for altitude issues (nausea, headache, decongestant, etc).

Definitely not cheap, with pricing typical of on-site places at WDW, etc, but friendly, well laid out, etc. You could run into Frisco for a bigger selection, but we were hunkered down for our 5 days and didn't feel like it, and Rockin R had everything we needed.

From the outside, it can appear to be a tourist junk store because they often have discount shirts on a rack, but inside, definite basic groceries. Note, they have a LOT of typical foods "packed for Colorado"--meaning those give the impression they are local goods, but really aren't.... like the coffees... but for local coffee, for example, go to Inxspot and have them grind their house beans for you (which they sell). Just saying I am not a fan of the re-packaged from who knows where stuff (honey!) that isn't really from the locale, but I see this many places--just check that it says produced in, etc, versus packaged or produced FOR... okay, local gripe hat off now....

Overall, okay selection, clean, if a bit wet on the floors by end of day during ski season, pricey but if you have some need while at River Run/Keystone, they probably have something that will work, without having to go elsewhere.

Oh, elsewhere, if you DO need eggs, there's another small grocery in Keystone, by Dos Locos Mexican restaurant (very good btw), that had eggs, flour, etc. That one is a true hole in the wall, but if you didn't find what you need at Rockin R, then hit it up before making pilgrimage to Frisco....
